WHAT TO EXPECT
Cambridge Photography Week is a week of free online content providing advice and inspiration from photographers and suppliers. The week ends with the highly anticipated Cambridge Photography Show where you can meet suppliers in person and attend presentations and workshops – all at the Guildhall in the centre of Cambridge. And you won’t be far from a great deal too!
CAMBRIDGE PHOTOGRAPHY SHOW
It was great to see the Cambridge Photography Show return last year, and we’re delighted to be back in The Guildhall in Cambridge on Saturday 8th October from 10am – 4:00pm. It’s a whole day packed full of opportunities to talk to leading brands, industry experts and network with like-minded photographers and videographers.
We’re the only photography show in East Anglia for photo & video enthusiasts, so you won’t want to miss out.
We are always grateful for the support from our partners. Campkins Cameras are talking to a number of partners to find you the best range of people to see during Cambridge Photography Week, and at the Cambridge Photography Show. A full list of partners will be announced in the coming weeks, so sign up and we’ll keep you posted.
ABOUT CAMPKINS CAMERAS
Campkins Cameras is an independent, family-run retail business specialising in the sale of new and second-hand cameras both modern and vintage, binoculars and telescopes. Located opposite the iconic King’s College in Cambridge, Campkins has been part of Cambridge high street since 1952.
Campkins prides itself on a passion for photography and personable customer service that is hard to find online or in general outlets and department stores. And that’s why Cambridge Photography Week and the Cambridge Photography Show were created.
YellowKorner hence provides an outlet to showcase the talents produced by various movements in photography. The greatest names in photography (Eugène Atget, Man Ray, Slim Aarons, Matthieu Ricard, Yann Arthus-Bertrand, or Nadar), rub shoulders with new talents and contemporary artists such as Laurent Baheux, Formento+Formento, Ludwig Favre or Lee Jeffries; to name a few. Our catalogue is immense and varied, while prints are all limited editions and provided with a certificate of authenticity.
This new Sony A7 IV will make its debut appearance at the Cambridge Photography Show. If you’re interested in the Sony A7 IV what better way than to see it in the flesh with a Sony expert on hand.
See the Canon range as Justin from Canon UK shows us how to use and the advantage of the latest Canon products.
We love photo books! Long Road Sixth Form College are doing some great work with their photography students in this space
